Kathleen Burkimsher

Kathleen Burkimsher is an associate at Singer Katz LLP. Her practice is focused on advising plaintiffs in personal injury and insurance claims. She received her Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2013. She received her Juris Doctor from Western University in 2017 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2018. Prior to joining Singer Katz she worked for several years at a prominent insurance defence firm in Toronto.

Kathleen’s practice is dedicated to exclusively acting on for plaintiffs in personal injury, long-term disability, property loss and medical malpractice claims.  She has experience conducting discoveries, mediations, pretrial and has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice on behalf of her clients.  Kathleen brings a pragmatic, professional and congenial approach to assisting her clients obtain the compensation they deserve.
