Contingency-Based and No Upfront Legal Fees
We know that a catastrophic injury or insurance loss can be financially devastating. We also understand that it is very expensive to hire a lawyer to fight for your rights. Prosecuting a claim in the Court system takes time and money. There are many complex steps and the process is very costly.
We, therefore, take most cases on a contingency fee basis. You will not have to pay any upfront legal fees and we will cover the costs of running the case. We are then only paid if we are successful in winning your case and recovering money for you. Our contingency fee varies depending on the complexity of the case and severity of your injuries or losses. The maximum fee charged will be no more than 33%. We abide by the Law Society of Ontario’s requirements for Contingency Fees. A Contingency fee arrangement creates a Win-Win situation for our our clients. Contingent fees focus on results and obtaining the most successful outcome.
Referral Fees Respected
We gladly accept referrals from other lawyers and paralegals. We are happy to pay a referral fee in accordance with the Law Society of Ontario’s requirements. To find out more, please contact our lawyers. Clients do not pay any additional fees where a referral is provided.
