Scott Kastelic

Scott Kastelic is an associate at Singer Katz LLP. His practice is focused on advising plaintiffs in personal injury and insurance claims. He received his Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School and his Master of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business in 2022. He received his Honours Bachelor of Commerce from the Ted Rogers School of Management in 2017. Scott was called to the Ontario Bar in 2023. Prior to joining Singer Katz LLP he worked as a personal injury lawyer and at a commercial litigation firm.

Scott’s practice is dedicated to exclusively acting for plaintiffs in personal injury, long-term disability, property loss and medical malpractice claims. He has experience conducting discoveries, mediations, hearings and has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice on behalf of his clients. Scott brings a pragmatic, professional and congenial approach to assisting his clients obtain the compensation they deserve.
